Our sincere apologies to all our clients. On the 8th December our ADSL line was strike by lightning and this caused all our email to be down. Our backup systems enabled us to perform all our other services (schedules were sent) without interruption, however we were unable to send or receive company email.

»Rebranding
We are busy rebranding Profile. Over the next couple of months you will see some big changes happening starting with our new web site. We are also a launching a brand new updated version of the CPPS software called Integrate. The new version will be available early in 2012.

Profile Software International develops Payroll payments systems and associated products. We do not develop Payroll systems but rather interface to all the major payroll systems in the Republic. The system caters for the three streams of payment off payroll viz. Emoluments Attachment Orders, Third Parties e.g. Employee Benefits, Medical Aid, Unions while sending detailed schedules and individual salary payments.

Profile Software International has also developed a unique and powerful Employees Benefits reconciliation module allowing the Employer to upload the post employee allocation benefit statement from their EB Administrator, enabling a quick and accurate comparison between what payroll data was supplied to the EB Administrator and how it was allocated by employee.

Profile Software International has also developed a unique and powerful Medical Aid statement reconciliation system allowing the Employer to do a detailed comparison between the Medical Aid Service Provider’s statement and their payroll system. The Employer can check contributions down to deduction code level and make adjustments to payroll where necessary.
